I skipped my NYRR class this evening. I'm starting to feel like I'm coming down with something for the second time in three weeks. I can't help to think that I'm being paranoid, but I definitely don't want to aggravate any oncoming sickness. Yasso repeats or 6-8x from Columbus Circle to the marathon finish line at Tavern on the Green.
